Maintenance Program
Exercise to Maintain Results
The Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy Maintenance Program is offered for patients who have completed therapy and want to maintain the results they have experienced from rehabilitation appointment.
Both patients from our own therapy program or from programs in other clinics are welcome to join our maintenance program. Family members are also welcome to exercise along with the patient.
For $35 a month patients can continue their exercise program at our office where trained personnel are available for any questions or problems.
There is $50 set-up fee for patients who have not gone through rehabilitation at Northwest Therapy Center.
